Flexible and Affordable Spaces to Hire
We have three premises located in Aberdeen's West End and across these buildings we have a fantastic range of rooms available for hire, either for regular bookings or one-off. We have meeting rooms and lounge areas ranging in capacity from 6 to 70 people, hall spaces suitable for exercise classes or larger events, and two beautiful granite Church Sanctuaries with capacities of 250 to 400 people available for concerts, conferences, weddings and other large events. Our rooms can be booked individually or along with other rooms for larger events or conferences and are available in evenings and Saturdays (possibly Sundays by arrangement). Fountainhall at the Cross also has a commercial Coffee House open to the public and available to hire outwith opening hours.
Our premises are already home to many church and community groups and we believe that encouraging, caring, and providing friendship and support to the local residential and business communities is an important part of our church life. There is no need to be associated with the Church to use our premises - all members of the community are welcome.
All of our premises have accessible access and accessible toilets, most of our rooms have WiFi and AV access and there are mobile sound and projection facilities available if required. Baby changing facilities are available along with kitchen facilities for tea/coffee and larger catered events. We can provide folding tables and plastic chairs for additional seating and flexible layouts and accessories such as flip charts and pens. A number of rooms have an upright piano available and we can also provide a portable electronic keyboard.
On street parking (payment required Mon-Fri) is available near each of our three complexes and all are within easy reach of public transport. There is also a car park at the Church Centre available for those hiring rooms there, and limited parking is available in the grounds of the other sites for those with accessible needs or equipment to unload.
