Research has shown that people living with dementia, for whom memory is a problem, continue to enjoy music and singing, when they frequently remember all the words of old, familiar songs. It has become clear recently too that loneliness is a growing problem and that people benefit hugely from having time together with others.
Our coffee and home bakes after singing is as important as exercising our vocal cords! Perhaps you might like to join us on the last Monday of the month from 2 om until 3.15pm. We can often offer transport so please contact the church office if that would be of interest.
